Peter aims to make the highest quality products working as a Senior Process Engineer at Galderma’s Uppsala site – because he knows patients’ trust counts on that quality. Being at the forefront of emerging technologies is part of what makes him love his job, but the best part is the people. When he meets consumers and patients, he says, “I know that what I'm making is actually worth making.”

Mohand, a Team Leader in Galderma's Baie d'Urfé warehouse, says he felt trusted from day one on the site. He explains their way of working as a formula: "It's about being serious, and about precision, product quality, knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Yes, we’re in various different departments, but we all work together. We are all Galderma."

“I watched the company grow. In fact, I grew up with it!” Silvia Montalva, a Shipment Supervisor at Alby-sur-Chéran, has worked with Galderma for 25 years. She is proud that her teams can conduct every step of the production process on-site, bringing our whole range of cutting-edge solutions to patients around the world. Silvia and her team provide treatments as quickly and efficiently as possible, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Kasie is a business partner within our Aesthetics business. Working directly with healthcare professionals in Toronto, she loves introducing them to our range of innovative solutions. “I wake up every day and remind myself that I have the best job in the world,” she says. Having been a Galderma patient for many years before she joined our company, Kasie has first-hand experience of the superior, life-changing results our work can produce.

Juseleen—or Jus for short—brings her passion for helping others to the office every day. As Head of HR for the JAPAC region, she oversees a rapidly growing market that serves ever larger numbers of consumers. “Whatever I do, ultimately it serves the patients that use our products and changes their lives,” she says. Juseleen makes every decision with her colleagues’ wellbeing in mind, from hiring an enthusiastic new team member to creating initiatives encouraging everyone to stay active and healthy.
