She works hard every day to listen to the input of her peers and elevate innovative ideas.

Maggie Lee joined Galderma 14 years ago in a finance role and is now a Supply Planning Manager for our regional distribution hub in Singapore. To her, what makes Galderma the place to be is the people. “The colleagues and managers here are always loving and caring,” she explains. “And, most importantly, I was given guidance by a logistics coordinator to help me get where I am today as a supply planning manager.”
